Sante Home Healthcare, LLC. has contracts with national, state-wide, and local specialty pharmacies and is experienced in providing Home Infusion Therapy in the state of Florida. All of our nurses have many years of experience and have a solid background in home patient visits.
Our experienced IV Nurses promote a better quality of life for your patients by providing in-home therapy versus a hospital or infusion center setting, making the patient more confident and comfortable while receiving first-rate treatment. We provide excellent service to both adults and children!

SERVICES
Home Infusion Therapy
In-home therapy treatments we provide include IVIG, Sub-Q IG, Biologics, Enzyme Therapy, Alpha-1 Antitrypsin Deficiency, TPN, and IV Antibiotics. We coordinate treatment with the physician, the pharmacy, and the patient to provide care in the home.
BENEFITS
There is a growing trend for more in-home services which help to shorten hospitalization stays or even avoid them completely. Most, if not all, infusions can be administered safely and effectively in a home setting. Home Infusion Therapy improves patient outcomes and patient satisfaction while reducing costs.
