Sante Home Healthcare, LLC. has contracts with national, state-wide, and local specialty pharmacies and is experienced in providing Home Infusion Therapy in the state of Florida. All of our nurses have many years of experience and have a solid background in home patient visits.
Sante Home Healthcare was born in Jacksonville, Florida and currently has six office locations in the State of Florida, growing to now serve several states along the east coast and inland.
We have created extensive partnerships with specialty pharmacies and as our reach grows, we are able to properly staff patients with an experienced Registered Home Infusion Nurse within a short period of time upon referral receipt.
Sante currently services Alabama, Georgia, Mississippi, South Carolina, and Maryland.
Our experienced IV Nurses promote a better quality of life for your patients by providing in-home therapy versus a hospital or infusion center setting, making the patient more confident and comfortable while receiving first-rate treatment. We provide excellent service to both adults and children!
